AGREEMENT

Submission of my application and images shall constitute my agreement to comply with all the conditions and terms set forth in this application and associated guidelines. I understand that all decisions by ACYC staff and the juror are final. I release and discharge the ACYC and its employees from any and all claims.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURE. COMPLETE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT WITH MEDIA. PLEASE PROOF ENTRY BEFORE SUBMISSION.

NOTE: IF YOU'RE APPLYING AS A GROUP, PLEASE PICK ONE NAME TO FILL IN AS A MAIN POINT OF CONTACT AND ADD THE LIST OF ARTISTS WHEN FILLING THE BOX 'ARTIST STATEMENT'

Non-refundable submission fee, payable to the Arts Council of York County:

Arts Council Artist Members | Waived

Non-members | $20 per Proposal

Work that sells while on exhibition at ACYC are subject to a 30% commission fee.
