AGREEMENT

Submission of my application and images shall constitute my agreement to comply with all the conditions and terms set forth in this application and associated guidelines. I understand that all decisions by ACYC staff and the juror are final. I release and discharge the ACYC and its employees from any and all claims.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURE. COMPLETE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT WITH MEDIA. PLEASE PROOF ENTRY BEFORE SUBMISSION.

Non-refundable entry fee, payable to the Arts Council of York County:

FEE | $20 for each entry

Artist can submit maximum 2 entries. Each entry must be submitted on a separate submission form.

If more than one entry is uploaded to a single form, neither entry will be considered.

$20 Submission fee also covers Artist's entry to event. 

All information is final and includes sale prices and titles.

The artist and ACYC will each receive 50% of artwork sales from this event.

ENTRY INFORMATION

All entries must be submitted as .JPG

Entry file name must be labeled with: First initial-Last name-Entry number

Example: Kelly Bobby would be: K-Bobby-2, and K-Bobby-2a for the second view, if needed.
