ART FRENZY
ART SUBMISSIONS
Submission Deadline | November 12, 2024
There is a $20 entry fee for work submitted to Art Frenzy.
A maximum of two (2) works per artist may be submitted for the juried exhibition.
Submission fee also covers artist's entry to event.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Artists may submit two pieces of work, gallery-ready, not to exceed 36 inches in any direction

3D work must sit solidly on a flat surface or be properly mounted for hanging.

Artwork must be securely wired.

Artists set their opening bids (max. $150)

Bidding will be in increments of $5

Artists whose works sell will receive 50% from the sale during this event

All entries must be submitted through the submission form (below).

Entry file name must be labeled with: First initial-Last name-Entry number

Artist may provide up to 2 separate images for each work submitted

Artists must provide at least one digital image for online auction
Auction will be take place exclusively through a web-based auction platform where artwork will be available for preview, and where all bidding will take place.

Work not picked-up by January 10th, 2024 will become the property of the Arts Council of York County. The Arts Council’s offices and galleries will be closed from December 22, 2024 - January 4, 2025.
ELIGIBILITY

Eligible media: all media except video.

All work must be presented in a professional manner and ready to be exhibited.

3-D work must sit solidly on a flat surface or be properly mounted for hanging.

Framed pieces must be securely wired, plexiglass preferred if glazed.

Accepted work that is inadequately prepared will not be included.

Size is restricted to 36 inches in any direction including frame.

Artists may submit up to two works for consideration.
LIABILITY

The Arts Council of York County assumes responsibility for ensuring and caring for the works of art selected for exhibition while they are in our possession. However, the ACYC will not assume costs of shipping artwork or insurance while in transit to or from the Center for the Arts.

The ACYC reserves the right to refuse any entry and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its discretion.

The ACYC reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any entry submitted for educational or publicity purposes.

The receipt of an entry in the Arts Frenzy constitutes agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus.

All work accepted for exhibition must be delivered to:
Center for the Arts, 121 East Main Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730
by Monday, December 9, 2024, before 5 PM.
The Arts Council of York County is not responsible for any damage to and from the gallery. It is the artists' responsibility to include payment for return shipping and insurance if needed.
