Visual Arts
The Arts Council manages 5 art galleries including the Dalton, Perimeter, and Edmund D. Lewandowski Galleries at the Center for the Arts, the Loading Dock and Courtroom Gallery at the Tom S. Gettys. The ACYC also manages the open air Alleys as Galleries (Cotton Alley Gallery)
Old Town Gallery Crawl
Explore the art scene in Old Town Rock Hill during the Old Town Gallery Crawl!
Storm Drain Art
Centered around local water heritage and water quality, painted storm drains raise awareness and educate the public about the effects that stormwater runoff and trash have on our waterways. These can be found in Old Town Rock Hill. This project is projected to expand into York County.
Alleys as Galleries
Alleys as Gallerys transforms York County, South Carolina's well-traveled alleys into art galleries that feature works by local and regional artists.
Monthly Artist Meetups
Held on the fourth weekend (Sunday) each month, the Monthly Artist Meetup brings regional visual artists to the Center for the Arts for networking and art critiques.
FESTIVALS & EVENTS
Discover art in unexpected places during the Ag + Art Tour of York County, hear the coolest music at the Blues & Jazz Festival, connect with friends and family through the arts during the monthly First Fridays Rock Hill, and travel to other worlds during the Underexposed Film Festival yc.

The Underexposed Film Festival yc showcases the best in independent filmmaking from around the world.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
The Arts Council offers art classes at the Center for the Arts, workshops in unexpected places like the brewhouse of a local craft brewery, and dance and movement classes at the Center for the Arts.
Art Classes for Adults
Develop your artistic talents at the Arts Council of York County’s Art Classes for Adults at the Center for the Arts.
Kids will listen to their new favorite story with a beloved York County Library librarian, then create art inspired by the story with an Arts Council educator.
